DANI’S B-BALL WORKOUT

Dani is a basketball fanatic, so she brought a b-ball to her work out. You can do yours with or without one.

Leg lunges

15 reps each leg

Mountain climbers

30 reps

Full court line touches

Sprint for 1 minute
