Katherine is always sharing easy, healthy recipes in her Instagram stories. She made one especially for you guys – her go-to breakfast smoothie recipe. It’s delicious and packed with good stuff! See how she makes it on IGTV !

Ingredients
1/4 cup  raspberries
1/2 cup wild blueberries
1/2 cup frozen spinach or kale
1/2 tsp matcha
1 tsp coconut butter or almond butter *optional
1 1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp honey (for added sweetness) *optional
1/2 tsp chlorella or spirulina *optional
1 serving collagen peptides *optional
Step 1
Using any type of blender, add the frozen raspberries, wild blueberries, and frozen spinach.
*tip – if you ever have fruit that’s about to expire, freeze it to use in your smoothies!
Step 2
Add your superfood powders – Katherine adds collagen, matcha, and chlorella powder.
Then, add your nut butter. Go for raw almond butter or peanut butter. If you’re allergic to nuts, add coconut butter.
Step 3
Now it’s time to add the liquids – add your almond milk and filtered water. Time to blend baby ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
Serve your smoothie in a glass, or enjoy it in a bowl topped with a bit of granola.
