THE VACAY: 24 HRS IN VENICE BEACH

Now that school’s almost out, you’re probably planning a little summer getaway. Maybe you’re headed to the coast to catch some waves, maybe you’re headed to the cottage… or maybe you just don’t know yet.

Don’t panic. We’ve got a Cali-babe certified suggestion for your bucket list: Venice Beach.

If you’ve got 24 hrs to spend anywhere, this is the place to be.

ABBOT KINNEY

Walk along Abbot Kinney and hit the cute cafes between Main Street and Venice Blvd. It’s the home of awesome cafes, food trucks, and art.

VENICE BEACH SIGN

Since you’re in the hood, snap a selfie in front of the iconic Venice Beach sign. Cause if you don’t take a pic, it never really happened… right?

HEART WALL MURAL

Abbot Kinney isn’t just amazing for vibes and cafes, there’s also street art in abundance. Don’t miss the Heart Wall on the South side of the Greenleaf Chopshop at 1239 Abbot Kinney.

MENOTTI’S CAFE

After Abbot Kinney, head down to the boardwalk. On your way, re-caffeinate at Menotti’s. Their coffee is beyond.

BEACH

Take a dip. Obvi.

Whether you’re traveling with the squad or trekking solo (you go, gurl!), Venice Beach might just be your next vacation.
